Our story
Two brothers, one bagel tradition
Authentic East Coast bagels, crafted with mountain-town soul.
Justin and Jeff Kaplan at the opening of the Reno shop on Moana Lane.
From New Jersey to the Sierra.
Justin and Jeffrey Kaplan grew up with New Jersey bagels: hand-rolled, baked fresh, and taken seriously. They brought that tradition west.
Tahoe Bagel Co. is a family-run shop built on East Coast traditions and West Coast culture. Every bagel is hand-rolled and baked fresh daily, whether it's headed for a breakfast sandwich, a lunch order or a bag to take home.
The Reno shop on Moana Lane is the third Tahoe Bagel Co., joining the family's shops at Lake Tahoe.
